AiBA sends messages on your behalf. These rules exist to keep that trustworthy — for the people who receive them, for your business, and for the platforms we depend on.
You may only message people who have agreed to hear from you. Consent means they gave you their number for this purpose — they enquired, they bought something, they opted in on a form, or they messaged you first.
Buying, scraping or renting phone number lists is not consent. Neither is a number obtained for one purpose and used for another. If you cannot explain how someone came to be on your list, do not message them.
Every recipient must be able to opt out easily, and opt-outs must be honoured promptly and permanently.
AiBA operates on WhatsApp and other third-party platforms. Their policies — including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's Commerce and Business policies — apply to everything you send through us.
Those platforms can restrict or ban a business number for violations. We cannot appeal that on your behalf, and a ban is not grounds for a refund.
Do not use AiBA to send unsolicited bulk messages, or to promote illegal goods and services, adult content, gambling where it is not lawfully permitted, weapons, recreational drugs, counterfeit goods, or multi-level marketing and get-rich-quick schemes.
Do not use it to deceive — impersonating another business or person, misrepresenting who you are, phishing for passwords or payment details, or making false claims about products, prices or medical outcomes.
Do not use it to harass, threaten, defame or discriminate against anyone, or to distribute malware.
Do not present AiBA as a human being. If someone asks whether they are talking to a person, the honest answer must be given, and we build our defaults that way.
Do not configure AiBA to give regulated professional advice — medical, legal or financial — as though it came from a qualified professional. Route those conversations to a human.
You are responsible for having the right to share any customer data you upload, and for complying with applicable data protection law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
Do not upload payment card numbers, government identity numbers, health records or other sensitive personal data unless we have expressly agreed arrangements for it. The service is not configured for that category of data by default.
Do not attempt to breach or probe our security, access another customer's data, reverse-engineer the service, resell access without a written agreement, or place automated load on the service beyond your plan's fair-use limits.
If you have received a message through AiBA that breaches this policy, tell us at aiba.assistantt@gmail.com. Include the message and the sender's number if you can.
We investigate every report. Reports about a specific business are treated confidentially.
Where we find a breach we may issue a warning, restrict features, suspend the account, or terminate it. We match the response to the seriousness of what happened and, where practical, we tell you what is wrong and give you a chance to correct it first.
Serious breaches — particularly those putting customers at risk or threatening our platform access — may result in immediate termination without refund. We will always tell you why.
