Privacy Policy

AiBA is a sole proprietorship registered in India, registered under the MSME Udyam scheme with registration number UDYAM-DL-10-0124354, at RZ-3F, Gali No. 4, Indra Park, Palam Colony, South West Delhi, Delhi 110045, India.

We are the data controller for information about you as our customer, and a data processor for information about your customers that passes through the service at your instruction.

Information you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number and billing details when you book a demo, contact us, or subscribe.

Information from your use of the service: customer conversations and message content processed on your behalf, contact records and lead data you store with us, files and knowledge-base content you upload, and your configuration and settings.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and time of access — collected to operate and secure the service.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18, and the service is not directed at them.

To provide the service — processing conversations, delivering the features you enable, and providing support. This is necessary to perform our contract with you.

To bill you and keep required financial records. This is necessary for our contract and to comply with legal obligations.

To secure the service, prevent abuse and debug faults. This rests on our legitimate interest in running a safe, working platform.

To send you service updates and, where you have agreed, marketing. Marketing rests on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your customer conversations to train AI models for other customers.

Platforms you connect: when you link WhatsApp, Google or a CRM, data flows between those services and AiBA to deliver the features you have enabled.

Service providers: cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery and analytics providers who process data on our behalf, under contract and only on our instructions.

AI model providers: message content may be processed by third-party AI providers in order to generate replies. We use providers that contractually commit not to train their models on data sent through their business APIs.

Legal and safety: where we are required by law, or where it is necessary to protect our rights or someone's safety.

We do not share your data with anyone else, and we never sell it.

Some of our providers operate outside India. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on contractual protections requiring a standard of protection comparable to that under Indian law.

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active, and delete it on request.

After account closure, data is removed within 30 days — except where we are legally required to keep it, principally invoices and transaction records that Indian tax law requires us to retain.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to staff who need it, and is granted individually rather than through shared logins.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data we will notify you without undue delay, and the regulator where required. Our Security page describes our practices in more detail.

You may request access to your personal data, correction of anything inaccurate, deletion of your data, a portable export, or restriction of certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on it, and object to processing based on our legitimate interests.

To exercise any of these, email aiba.assistantt@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days and do not charge for reasonable requests.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you may complain to the relevant data protection authority — though we would appreciate the chance to put it right first.

When you use AiBA to message your customers, you are the data controller for their data and we are your processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact them, and for your own privacy notice.

We process their data only to provide the service to you, and delete it on your instruction.

We may update this policy as the service develops. We will change the date at the top and, where a change materially affects your rights, notify you directly.
